I just remembered watching a No Reservation episode where Anthony Bourdain tried to eat a LIVE squid when he was in Japan... he almost threw up. I am still laughing... I actually think his aunt might live in Tarpon Springs. My favorite cultural place (of the few places I've visited in the U.S.) was always Little Italy in Baltimore. Good food, good gelato! And after I went to Italy, I could judge it properly.
