We have already learned the words for hotel, youth hostel, vacancy, and no vacancy and we have learned how to make a reservation for a hotel. Now let’s learn how to say the key words for what is inside a hotel room.
La Chiave (lah kee-ah-veh) – The Key
Il Letto ( eel let-toh) – The Bed
Il Cuscino (eel koo-shee-noh) – The Pillow
La Coperta (lah koh-pair-toh) – The Blanket
L’Asciugamano (lah-shoo-gah-mah-noh) – The Towel
Now, if you want to know how much a room costs just say:
Quanto costa la camera? (kwahn-toh koh-stah lah kahmeh-rah)
